What does this mean?
Other companies spend millions of dollars on flashy ad campaigns and pre-boxed training programs that do not have the relevance or market specifics to address your unique needs.
Other companies allow themselves to get so big that the lines of communication break down and agents come to feel that they are just another cog in a set of spinning wheels.
We are a people company, comprised of passionate, diverse, educated, ethical, and caring individuals ready to help you
succeed.
Our promise to you:
- We will always listen to what you have to say with open ears and open minds.
- If there is a problem, we will do our utmost to solve it as quickly as possible in the fairest manner possible.
- We will never make you pay for quirky, expensive corporate advertising or impertinent training programs.
- We will spend your money in a responsible manner by investing in Technology, Programs and Individuals that will drive your business success to the next level.
- We the brokers will always be there for you in whatever capacity we can to help you succeed.

A career in real estate is not for everyone, but if you have what
it takes it can reward you like few other careers can. Real estate
is a business where rewards come in direct proportion to effort. Great
sales associates are confident and project to others that they have
the skills necessary to get the job done. Realtors are communicators
who listen as well as they speak. A career in real estate requires
the ability to overcome resistance and maintain a positive attitude.
It is not a nine-to-five job. Being a Realtor means setting your own
schedule and being your own boss, but success is also tied to being
a team player and making the most of professional relationships. At
the end of the day, a successful Realtor knows that meeting customer
needs is the only route to success.

The time and expense involved in becoming a Realtor varies from
province to province, but the basic steps are the same:
- Complete the required courses offered by the provincial real
estate association or council;
- Write an exam based on the courses' content (fee);
- Submit an application to the provincial licensing body along
with successful exam results (fee);
- Applicants must be sponsored by a licensed real estate Broker.
This is essentially an offer of employment;
- Some provinces also have mandatory continuing education criteria
that must be met on an ongoing basis in order to maintain your
license.

At Royal
LePage our focus is on support. We recognize that we succeed
as a company only when our Realtors succeed, professionally
and personally. As a professional Realtor, you need the
training to stay on top of your game; you need the tools
and resources to give you a competitive advantage; and
you need the administrative support to allow you to focus
on building your business. That’s where we come in.
